According to the FCC TV Query, this one company called "Bluebird Media, LLC" has some construction permits for LPTV stations in Mid-Missouri. 2 of the construction permits are licensed to Marshall, MO, while the others are licensed to Sedalia, MO & Columbia, MO. A couple of things that I have noticed was that the construction permits were for LPTV stations on channels 26 & 40 & also that they date to about 2010. I've tried to do a Google search for "Bluebird Media, LLC", I come up with links to a rual broadband internet service called "Bluebird Network", based out of Columbia, MO (Where one of the LPTV construction permits is licensed to.). I'm just wondering whats going on with these LPTV Construction Permits?
