Yeah, I was just coming here to mention it. Dunno about Facebook, but I have them as a Myspace friend, and just saw this message on their status:
"The Show has been canceled and we were fired!! Gonna miss you Sacramento"
When I worked for Metro I did news on their show for about a year, always had fun with them. Good people, it's always sad when this (which is inevitable for all radio folks) happens. Good luck, guys!

He just sent out a bulletin on Myspace
Just so you know... as of 9:38 this morning "The Dave Kelly show w/ Susan Brown" has been removed from 101-9 the WOLF! Managment felt it necessary to remove all personality from morning radio. The point of reference...
MY925 and JackFM have NO morning show personality and is all music and they are doing great in the ratings! All of this is true... Kudos to them and we wish them the best in the future. I will miss the Wolf and the people that made my life so special over the last 3 years! Those people are YOU!!!
When I uprooted from Texas I didnt know what to expect from y'all Californians! I'll have you know I have met some of the nicest and most welcoming people since living here! I barely missed the Lone Star State at all
My time here has tought me a bunch... Thanks for everything, y'all rock!

I don't know what it is about Sacramento, but I moved here in 2002 and I agree that I have met the nicest people here. Never thought I'd live in Sacramento, but I am glad to reside here. Good luck to you.
