Ive been lurking in this forum for a while. Ive been listing to AM radio since about 1997. These seem like really dark days in AM talk radio.
Mark Larsen = Best Morning show ever.
Dan York: His show was getting better every week. I really liked it. My first choice for a Larsen replacement.
All of 820s programming ran slicker then snot thanks to Jay Johnson and Dan York.
Should have kept at least one of them.
Big Show = Train Wreck of a show. A well produced show is important. Im really missing Dan and Jay in that aspect. I really dont like that show with out saying anything rude. I find myself switching back and forth between 820 and 970 in the morning now. I never switched to 970 during Larsen.
Shana Lance and Roger P Schullmen are cool. I dont include them in whats wrong with the Big show. I dont see why they dont just do the morning show togeather
and have Dan York Produce it and work the board.
