What's happening to WOKY?

I see where WOKY took a pretty big hit in the latest ratings. This is a station that was in the Top 5 just a few short years ago. Any ideas on what the problem might be?
 
Could it be DELILAH!!?? She is EVIL! haha.. jk, but could it be because she doesnt seem to fit the format, and plays light rock on her show, compared to adult standards the rest of the time?
 
I am not a fan of Delilah, so when she comes on I tune out. This could be the case with most of the demo... they may not like her either. Otherwise, during the day, WOKY is a regular listener for me.
