What's Happening With WRJH in Jackson

It's been a while since I've heard anything about WRJH being sold and at that time former employees were claiming that Inner City was working the deal. Now their former Sales Manager is working for Clear Channel, selling for Hallelujah, and telling people that Inner City will never get the station. Is that sour grapes on her part or is somebody else bidding??? Last I heard WRJH was down to one or two employees and having a hard time keeping the power on. There was a time that a low power fm like that wouldn't be worth much but a look at the latest ratings shows that the big sticks can be beaten with programming- just look at WOAD at number five, just behind former ratings powerhouse Miss 103.

Yet, their New Orleans station gives $104 every Sunday night to the broad with the sexiest stilletos.

Are they out of money? They still seem to be flashing the cash (at least, down in New Orleans).<P ID="signature">______________

See they're "Ballin' on a budget" which as I'm told is no way to ball at all. :)
Like the stiletto idea though! Has that mass appeal thing.
Maybe the cash shortfalls in Jackson have just been hiccups in the cash flow but I wonder, especially since On Top's owner is said to have his hat out looking for a position in other companies as a programmer. The company has struggled in places where established urban outlets already exist. We'll see I guess.
