What's HOT in Prescott?

Contemporary Christian music radio is what's on top in Prescott/Flagstaff and in more & more of Phoenix as Radio Shine continues to grow. It's not satellite radio but local, personal radio the way radio's supposed to be. It's noncommercial but is just as high energy and community involved as any commercial station.

I listen to Radio Shine from time to time and enjoy it very much here in Phoenix. Keep up the good work.

I especially like Mike Medlin on afternoon drive.
He is very personable and has great knowledge of Christian music in general.

What frequency and location? Phoenix hasn't had decent Christian radio since KRDS.

Re: What's HOT in Prescott? KGCB

Radio Shine is 90.9 FM with a stick on top of Mingus Mountain. They cover central Arizona fairly well.
It is a very listenable Christian Station with a solid audience. Mike has been on KGCB 90.9 since the early days when it was "The Lighthouse" Christian Music / talk. There is a translator in Flagstaff at 90.7 FM.
Hope this helps.
:)
