whats on 57.2 in houston?

I was changing channels on my neighbor tv and I saw that there is a channel 57.2 and its a spanish language channel but could not stay to watch what it was. Does anybody know?

They identify as "La Mera Mera" and the only thing I've ever seen there is Spanish infomercials.
