What's on 98.7 near Dover, DE?

I've been listening since Sunday night. They call themselves 98.7 / 1600 classic R&B as well as playing the WAMS identifier jingle. Now (9/15 @ 7:45pm) both 98.7 and 1600 are playing the same thing (1600 is about 30 seconds behind), but it's completely different from WAMS (at least the WAMS stream where the oldies1620.com stream is this around 45 seconds delayed).

I'm in Dover, DE trying to figure out what's going on with the translator FM on 98.7 as to who are they translating. If anyone else wants to join in the mystery, free free. ;D

P.S.: This translator is licensed in Smyrna while transmitting south of Dover. ???

Both 1600 and 98.7 used to simulcast a non-comm FM from Port Republic, NJ that used to use the "Praise" format from ABC Radio. I believe the former translators, as well as 1600AM, are to be sold. (Actually, that Jersey station, now WGXM, formerly WXXY-FM, is on the market as well).
