Love him or hate him, he gave a perspective of politics in the Lehigh Valley that was honest and unique. I personally miss his show, and always felt that it should have been on 5 days a week, not 4. What a lineup it would have been to have Ken Matthews on in the morning drive followed by Ron Angle. There would still be room in there for Jolly Joe and his polkas and Mark Thomas, whom I feel is underrated. With Bill O'Reilly in the afternoon it would be a nice format.
Hey---- maybe Ken and Ron would sound great on WSAN!
I will stop bashing WSAN, but if the books or money aren't there, it would draw listeners for sure.
But... oh yea, we can't give any competition to WAEB AM...... which I feel is a great station in the morning with Guenther and Glenn Beck... but after them, I can't stand Rush or Hannity..... because they are so one sided.... and I am not even a Democrat!!
Or how about this.... Guenther, Matthews, Angle all on one station, each with their own shows... Here's one for you, how about Guenther in the morning followed by Glenn Beck, followed by Ron Angle, with Ken Matthews doing local PM drive time followed by syndicated shows at night. WAEB are you listening?
Oh my God, I will shut up now.
