What's The Audio Issue With KPNX Weather?

The past two evenings, for some unknown reason, I've tuned in to 12 News at 10PM. During the weather segment it sounds like Caribe is standing on the curb of Van Buren at rush hour although the background is clearly inside the studio.

Whazzup wid dat?
