What's the Compass

What is "Compass media"? They say they are the fastest growing sports network. In my area, they have a (brokered??) affiliation with the Salem News/Talk station. They run major league baseball play-by-play with the problem being that they are often on at the same time as the local team which plays/airs on another station.
What else do they offer?
 
NFL Football. They have a slate of games they broadcast nationally. They also have deals with the Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders for distribution of their games outside their home markets. :)
 
The Salem News/Talk station in my area is WHK-AM in Cleveland, Ohio. Normally from 6 - 9pm Salem's Hugh Hewitt is on. He's an Ohio guy so I would think they'd really want his show on-air here. That leads me to wonder if the Compass play-by-play sports is aired on this station only because Compass bought the time.
