In the morning, they are all Spanish. Sounds almost like talk. (I don't listen long enough to see if they actually play any music. But it seems like a talk show.)

Then, in the afternoon on my way home from work (around 6pm) they are playing good-ol English speaking disco. Although the jocks mainly speak Spanish, some of the commercials are in English.

Overnight, I popped it on for a second and I heard "The Ides of March - Vehicle." ???????

Huh?

They have a mid-day talk show. It is hosted by Guillermo Alvarez Guedes, probably the most famous Cuban humorist and comedian of the last 50 years.

Those were the songs that were played all over Latin America in the 60's and 70's... in Latin America, a CHR or Top 40 in that era palyed a mix of English and Spanish pop, and often included French and Italian as well.

Many Spanish stations in the US accept English spots.
