What's the latest on Katie?

The last time anyone posted a comment on Couric her ratings for the CBS Evening News were half of what they were when she made her debut. Anyone here know if the ratings have slipped even further, increased, or stabilized?
John Roberts, over at CNN, has to be getting a kick out of this. Roberts would have made an excellent replacement for Bob Schieffer. In fact Schieffer was doing a great job before the network made the decision to go with Couric. Personally I believe ABC made the right decision to go with Charlie Gibson for their nightly newscasts. Vargas might be nice on the eyes, but Gibson is more experienced as an anchor. He brings back to TV what Cronkite had; credibility.

Holland, you've done it!

You found the one thing that might make me feel sympathy for Katie. Anybody "the J.R. Ewing of CBS News" bashes can't be all bad.
