What's The Problem With WFMZ-TV 69?

WFMZDT3 (Comcast 249) used to be ME-TV. They announced that the first of the year they were picking up Heroes & Icons, another oldies TV channel from the same company as ME-TV (which had jumped to channel 2). Problem is the channel is running canned weather reports from Accuweather. It's sort of a low budget Weather Channel, not classic TV. But the on-screen program guide keeps showing classic TV programs from Heroes & Icons.

I can get channel 69 off the air and occasionally, and WFMZDT3 is running Heroes & Icons but that's not what shows up on Comcast.

I have emailed and called the station several times. No response. No change. What's the deal? Do they not know? Not care? Is there any way to get their attention?
 
With Verizon FiOS, we get the Hero & Icons channel on 470 where MeTV used to be before it was picked up by KJWP. WFMZ simulcast their AccuWeather channel on both DT-2 & DT-3 before they picked up Tuff TV which they carried before they picked up H&I.
 
Doesn't explain why Heroes & Icons is not where it's supposed to be on Comcast. If FIOS gets the right channel, why doesn't Comcast?
