What's the smallest market with regularly scheduled traffic reports?

A little over 10 years ago, Fayetteville, AR (#141) used to have a few stations that did regularly scheduled traffic reports. The two former Noalmark stations (KKIX 103.9/KKZQ 101.9) did traffic in morning drive. I always found it funny given that I grew up in bigger cities, a few of which had traffic reports could go longer than a minute. Almost everyday, the traffic report on KKZQ would be, "Traffic moving along nicely with just the usual slow spots along College Ave. Don't forget, when you see an accident, you can always call *102 on your cell phone to become a Q-102 Traffic Ranger!"
