What's the story behind the New Hampshire 1 Network?

Supposedly it's a multi-channel broadcast facility based (or about to be based) in Concord that will include news programming. There are numerous online ads seekng a President/CEO and Sales Manager. Their email address is a Yahoo account. Sounds a bit shady to me. Are these guys for real?
