I agree with a lot of your points. It does take a long time to build awareness for a new station, especially when you have a monster like Buck's station in the market. I also agree the morning show is better, but the music I'd have to say is about the same. You hear the same hits on both stations. People I've talked to at CC say they don't think the GM or OM are concerned about KBKO outshining their other stations... a winner is a winner. But I think the amount of transition may have been a problem (I don't know how much of that is under their control-- people quitting vs. people being fired), and it seems like Buck may have more money to throw at the fight. However, the morning show has always been a constant. I have never met the new PD, but I haven't heard anything bad, so he must be all right. I don't know what else they considered when Logan left. I think they have a much better chance than 103.9 to do some damage eventually with their respective audience.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by jimmyjam on 12/12/05 01:47 AM.</FONT></P>
