Is that place a revolving door? I always see openings there on OAB's site for pretty much the same jobs every 3 or 4 months. Usually for Sales, Promotions, and Producers. Anyone on here that works for them or used to work for them?

Ongoing recruitment? College grad turnover? Folks got promoted? Entry level positions that are hard to fill?

Usually more to the story than the scenario you present. This from a competitor, too.

Happy conjecture,

Actually JB, being a former employee of the Dispatch Group, I can say yes it is a revolving door.

I'll second that from another former employee. It was a wee bit more stable when Dana Harmon was GM. It's been said numerous times, remember, the Wolfes are newspaper people.
Here's an update on other former employees that worked with me there in the 90's. Johnny B. Good - worked at 97.1 when it enjoyed its most success as Oldies B97 (take that Van Stone)...he went to Dayton to K99 as Jim Day and is now leaving there for his next gig. He and his lovely wife Tracey Slife who also worked with us at 97.1. just had twins.
Steve Bender - our PD at Oldies B97, went back home to Cincy as I did. He first made stops for Clear Channel in Tennessee and Cincinnati before retiring from the business. Steve is a sales rep for Ryan Homes in the Cincinnati area. (Clear Channel tends to retire alot of people, huh)
Katrina Kurtis (sp) - I believe is in Radio in Texas?
Bob Berry - at last check was still floggin' Oldies in Florida
