Trust me, it's always budgetary with AMP. Art Angotti comes in to a market and screws it up to a point where the revenue is so bad they have to make cuts. The people with the biggest salaries are the one's to go, unless like Casey Daniels, they are willing to take on multi-tasking and make no more money. Then they hire again at lower wages. It happened in Fort Wayne, they forced Dave Michaels out, then J. J. Davis out. The skeleton staff there now, two full timers for two stations are being overworked. If you see an ad for AMP, run away!
