I was listening, or trying to listen ti the river today and the technical sound is horrible. I thought they had a better signal than that. I was on I-640 and there was a lot of static and pops and cracks like an AM station and the sound was weak. Any Ideas?

The 98.7 signal has never come in very well on my car radio anywhere in Knoxville, that's one reason I always dialed up Hot 104.5 when I could.
