What's up with 990 AM?

I was just flipping through the AM stations the other day, and guess who changes formats again? You guessed it: 990AM. It looks like it flipped back to Gospel again. Can't the owner make up their mind?
 
What was it before? I thought it had been gospel since the sports joke Tom bailey went off....
 
Is it Rejoice Musical Soul Food or someone else. Could someone go purchase this station and make it a daytime black talk station.
