What's Up with 'AYV?

What happened to 'AYV? Their signal is horrible... is this a DX thing? I used to listen to them at work and now I can barely hear them... Had to turn on SOJO...
 
Tropo usually helps WAYV's signal a lot, it's rarely hurt by tropo. It's been heard from Cape Cod to Cape Hatteras. Maybe they're temporarily on low power or broadcasting from the Taj Mahal transmitter.
