Whats up with Bloomington Radio?

I live in Rockford had to visit my grandmother in bloomington over the weekend, and I just don't understand why all the stations were voice tracked, not one live station on Friday night. Thoughts?
 
Depending on the time, but it might have been open house friday or something like that. For the most part the locals stations keep live talent.
