What's Up With CBS World News Roundup?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this... I guess it could probably go under News/Talk or Syndication as well, so mods, feel free to move this thread...

Anyway, I've noticed the CBS World News Roundup has been all over the place the last bunch of days time-wise. I believe it's supposed to go into its final news break at ten minutes past the hour and then the stop set ends at eleven after along with the Roundup. But lately, it has ended at a variety of times. This morning, it was either 9:20 past the hour or 10:20 past the hour. Can't recall which. But as a jock, it's annoying. Not to mention, it means my local newscast that I read after happens at a variety of times. Anyone know what's up?

They've also been pausing for a couple seconds at the beginning after the sounder (in their newscasts in general) and I keep thinking there's a problem...

I'm catching the feed live from the satellite.

They seem to be phasing out of these specialty versions of TOH news. We've been talking about it here:

The bigger story is that CBS News Radio has moved to a new distributor, so they're streamlining the product offerings:

Meanwhile, audience for this kind of thing is in decline, so expect more changes.
