what's up with gary mchenry?

Forgive me if this has already been asked, or if this is old news, but does anyone know why Gary McHenry hasn't been doing traffic during morning drive for 970 WFLA for the past few weeks?

I don't know if he's even still doing traffic for the other Clear Channel stations, or if he's only doing afternoons now (since I only listen to "AM Tampa Bay" anymore), but I've noticed his absence. He's been a mainstay of local radio ... hope everything is OK.

I hope Gary has a full and speedy recovery. Does anyone know how old he is now (out of curiosity)?

By the way, MJ recently mentioned that Martin Giles is planning to return to work. Hopefully he and Gary will be back again soon like nothing ever happened and things will be back to normal.

I remember when the "Ned" character of Bubba the Love Sponge put together a song called "[Expletive] The World" that made many references to other CC employees, including McHenry: "[Expletive] McHenry, he's such a [expletive] slouch/Ain't in the 'copter; doing traffic from his [expletive] couch!"
