What's up with Jackson radio?

I read a couple days ago where Don Elliott was leaving Forever Communications as OM/PD of their Jackson, TN stations. I read today he has taken OM/On-Air position in Sedalia, MO. It has been several months since Forever has taken over serveral stations in Jackson. To me they don't seem to be promoted like when they were in the past. They don't have websites for the stations like the previous owners. Does anyone know if the stations are doing better or at least being promoted locally?
