What's Up With KDYL?

The past month, I've occasionally scanned the Utah SDRs and every time I tune in 1060 kHz, I see and hear a carrier with a hum, but nothing else. Not even a top of the hour ID.

Weird to be putting out 10,000 watts of nothing. But I guess someone's paying the power bill for it.

It had been broadcasting china radio international in english.. but the guy who bought it has also bought others to do the same thing and been selling them off.

THe station is also off frequency a bit, creates a low rumbling humming hetrodyne.. the attorney for the owner was contacted twice about the dead air issues and off frequency issue.. and she never responded to either of the two emails
