I still see old-school being played on the last 10 played... they should play currents along with old stuff, rhythmic oldies is dead already...
I noticed Louie Cruz is doing the same thing here at Groove 99.3 in Bakersfield.. Not directly with the top 20 currents, but noticed some music from the last 4-5 years. I think they are just doing it to make it a little more family and soccer mom driven. LA's Hot 92.3 has been doing it for sometime now. Trying to stay some what relevant if you ask me... How many times can you get your Super Freak or Brick house on anymore???

Yes, they play old school, R&B (old and new), and some hip-hop such as Jay-Z, B.o.B., Digital Underground. They do play some pop such as Lady Gaga, Pussycat Dolls. Curious, Why you do not listen to KHYL-101.1? They're actually a little different now. Mega changed directions a while back. They still do have the same morning show though.
