What's up with WBNR's signal?

Around 8 this morning at breakfast I tried to tune in WBNR-1260 and couldn't find them on the kitchen radio. Now in the early afternoon on a more sensitive receiver, I can hear WBNR on the air weakly in the Poughkeepsie area, but their signal is being kicked around by ESPN-1260 (Syracuse). WBNR seems at the same very weak level as they were through much of October, before returning to normal toward the end of the month. Now it's like they're running 5 or so watts again. Is this tower problems or what??

They are sure going to suffer in the fall book if their audience can't hear them. Also, if people get in the habit of not even looking for WBNR, it's going to take a while to get these listeners back. WBNR usually does better in the Arbitrons that most of the other AMers in the area, and they are one of the more community-oriented stations (AM or FM) in the market. I hope they get their technical problems fixed soon!!
