Whats Up With WJVL

Hey gang I am curious as to what is up with the audio on WJVL? Last night Friday 6-29-07 it sounded like their processing took a major crap... Nice 60 cycle hum in the background and just out right bad audio... Today it seemed a little better, but not good like they usually sound... CC1
