WHAT'S UP WITH WPDH HD2?

WPDH doesn't seem to know what to do with their HD-2 signal. While they have much of the time they have been either heavy metal or All-House-Of-Hair-All-The-Time, they have not been consistent. A while back they were simulcasting WRRV... but I think that only lasted only a couple of days. Earlier this year they switched to a "Wolf" (WKXP-94.3) simulcast for a while. The past few weeks they were all Radio Disney. Now, it's back to Dee Snider's Hair. Maybe they should just turn HD off!!

What do you think WPDH should do with HD2? Here are a few of my suggestions: Spanish/Mexican, Smooth Jazz, ESPN Sports, a "city-folk" format like WFUV in the City. Personally, I'd like to see a "popular"-oriented classical music format like the old WNCN-104.3 in New York City. I still miss that station.

I don't think it make much sense to simulcast an in-market property. However, are there any Cumulus stations in other markets with unique formats that might be worth importing for WPDH's HD2 channel?

WDPH is awesome, they shouldnt muck up thier MAIN ANALOG audio by squeezing a digital piece of crap on thier signal!!
