Is WYNK on a backup transmitter since Hurricane Francine? Asking as I'm in 60db contour (says supposed to be getting 71db) and I don't hear anything on that Frequency except if Tropo brings in TK101? Curious what's up as never heard this station off air before for longer than about a day.. and has been good week or better off air?

Baton Rouge Whats up with WYNK signal?

If the WYNK signal is still reduced, check Wuff-Muff (WFMF). They share an antenna on the channel 33 tower - a similar reduction would point to antenna or combiner work.
WYNK's not off air, but I'm assuming it's on the AUX because HD is off.
They were full power earlier today with the usual HD lock in Ville Platte, but I can't hear either one this evening. 100.7 and 98.1 are in HD out here so it's definitely not atmospheric.
Whatever happened has really handicapped their HD signal. I can no longer get a decent lock in Lafayette area.
They are back bad as I'm on the edge of normal HD lock for 101.5/102.5 and today they were about as bad as KRVE 96.1 meaning they are on secondary transmitters or the mains must have some major SWR or combiner issues. As I was getting good HD lock on wdgl/wtge which are roughly same general area/tower/power.
