What's Up With ZOK?

What is up with ZOK's processing? There is no life to it and the music just sounds flat. I thought it was my ears going bad, but when I listened on other radios it was just as bad. No punch, no sizzle. It is as if the processing was reset and no one knew about it... CC
 
There probably on their backup transmitter. The old backup runs an ancient Optimod I believe. They have been known to run that transmitter days at a time when the main goes down.
