Well, after being like that all week, they appear back to normal today (I believe Jay's show yesterday sounded "regular", too).
Perhaps they were waiting for a part?

I just noticed yesterday(?) and again this morning that I can get Rochester's 96.7 which I haven't been able to since 96.9 polluted the area with IBOC buzz, and that the buzz is barely detectable now....Hmmm, maybe the problem was/is IBOC related and they've turned it down for now?
