What's With The Bad Audio on Fox10?

I noticed it again last night. This time when identical programming was on multiple stations and should have been coming from one single pool feed.

The audio on Fox10's debate program was "fuzzy" and somewhat muted. High frequencies were missing. The audio on Channels 3, 5, 12 and 15 seemed normal and were much clearer.

In watching Fox10's Morning Show this morning it seemed the problem is somewhere in the Fox studio as it is still there.

Are the engineers at Fox10 all interns too?
