What's With The Commercials On Ch 15?

Was watching the only show my household views on ABC last night and noticed almost every commercial break was screwed up. The commercial either ended early and the one behind it (airing simultaneously) continued for a second or two -or- the commercial (local ones IIRC) just ended prematurely.

Shaky board-op or computer malfunction...n....n....n?
 
That happens every morning during the morning show. They always cut it off to cut back to the program. They need to fix that, very unprofessional
 
They're having serious problems with the commercial automation system. They had a 10 o'clock newscast last week that went more than 20 minutes before the first commercial break. I understand they were writing in network packages on the fly in order to fill time.
