What's wrong with WJNT?

It sounds like the audio levels may be a little too high because it sounds like a little bit of audio clipping or some other type of audio issue is involved
 
The clipping is not the problem. On some radios it always sounds a little distorted. You will hear some white noise and it will go to dead air for a second or two. I didn't notice it on 103.3. I havn't called the station yet.
