Why does WHBC say the morning show starts at 5am, when they do not open open the mic until 6? ??? The first hour of the show is nothing but the same three sweepers and music. I must admit, it is the most compelling hour of the show. However, it reeks of false advertising.

The kids in the cornfield with their "ANOYN" posts about WHBC. SHOCKER!!!

It's a simple answer.

From 5am-6am they listen to old tapes of Joe Kleon. Then they spend 6-10am attempting to make sure they don't do any of those old worn out jock crutches or clichés used on the tapes played back from 5-6am.

False advertising??? ::) Are you and "John Baylor" one and the same? You sure you're not?

Perhaps you should call MIX and ask them. Oops. That would make sense. My bad.

And this coming from someone who couldn't even get an internship at a radio station turning on the lights -- IN CANTON -- right? Time to get off the computer so you can get to the bus stop.
