And the Burns folks have already denied being a part of this.

Movin'...to a better signal? Jocks moving/leaving? Movin'..."x-thousand-dollars into your pocket!" Plenty of possibilities. 99%+ of listeners don't/won't get it, but it messes with radio people's minds.
 
It's just a concert announcement stunt.

Movin is a lame format.... I wa very disappointed. The music idea is great, but they have some terrible execution on the LA station. The liners and production just sound like lame actors trying to sound "real." It's like soap opera acting!
