WHCT-LD, anything other than infomercials?

I just recently moved and only a couple days ago found the position for WHCT-LD (by accident, I was trying to get WGGB in a little better) and all I have seen is infomercials, nothing else. Do they have any actual programming?

Dish hasn't returned them yet (if they even intend to). I don't know how long the digital transmitter has been up because before I moved, I was able to get the analog signal, but never got a digital one. The signal I get is actually very stable for being so weak, (never more than 59%, and usually much lower). I can understand that they had to go off-air while they switched from A to D, but I'm not sure what the status of the programming of the station is as previously when they were with the network, they had the network in the on-screen bug, now it's just "WHCT-LD HARTFORD" and nothing else.

Acxtually, since I moved, I haven't done a bandscan report, I'm currently using something that looks like a silver sensor (but I think it's a knockoff) and the classic zenith D to A converter. I'm going to say I'm at Wesleyan University in Middletown for my location as it pretty close. I have the antenna aimed at WGGB 40, as it's harder to aim at WTNH.

Just to see what I get, I'm running a fresh auto-tune... 23 channels found.
33 3.1 WFSB Hartford, CT
3.3 Eyewithness News Now
3.4 WFSB Fairfield County
10 8.1 WTNH New Haven, CT (this is a surprise, about 40% signal, nothing but blocks)
8.2 Bounce
8.3 WTNHSD (I believe this feed is actually meant for some cable systems so they can run an SD feed)
46 18.1 WUVN Hartford, CT
18.2 43 WHTX Springfield, MA
18.3 47 WUTH Hartford, CT
18.4 LATV
20 20.1 WCCT (Is it still Waterbury, or is COL Hartford, CT now?)
20.2 This TV
45 24.1 WEDH Hartford, CT
24.2 CPTV 4U
24.3 CPTV Sports
35 30.1 WVIT Hartford, CT
30.2 COZI
38 38.1 WHCT-LD Hartford, CT
40 40.1 WGGB Springfield, MA
40.2 FOX-6
19 50.1 WRDM-CD Hartford, CT
31 61.1 WTIC Hartford, CT
61.2 Antenna TV

This was done from the second floor here, in the future, I want to do it from the 3rd floor as I suspect it will be much better and also, I've noticed since U-Verse was installed, I have a harder time getting signals and that's in the same room. I'm suspecting it's causing noise somehow.

Do you ever get any bit of signal from channel 26 of New London or channel 59 of New Haven? The last time I scanned with an indoor antenna (also capable of VHF), I had virtually nothing from WTNH-TV channel 8 using VHF 10. WCTX-TV channel 59, using channel 39 for their digital, was in about 90% of the time. Channel 26 was pretty solid. In fact, I even got a little of WPXQ-TV (ION) channel 69 of Block Island/Providence when tuning for channel 26. I guess Exeter, RI isn't really that far from Montville? (The sites for WPXQ-TV and WHPX-TV, respectively.)

when I was 6 blocks from here I had no trouble getting 26, especially before they moved from 34 at the temporary southern Middletown location I was a for the past 3 years, nothing. 59 has always been difficult, though I actually can sometimes get it here, I assume if I ever put up an outdoor antenna, I'll have no trouble with it or 26 for that matter. It is also possible I'll be able to get WWLP, WGBY & 43 Bridgeport as well, I see each of those showing slight signal.
