WHDH is back.... for now

After all the viewer complaints of signal problems after the transition, WHDH looked into it and moved the signal back to where it was. So if you had lost WHDH, just rescan your channels again and the station will be back. Thanks Channel 7 for listening!

They're actually on both 7 and 42 right now. They got special permission to do it after all of the complaints apparently.

Would the FCC approve a move back to 42; or only a power increase on 7 as a permanent meaure?

It's being discussed, they have close space issues with a -ahem- certain station.

That explains why, when I re-scanned, both 7.1 and 7.2 showed up twice...it was actually 7.1, 7.2, 42.1 and 42.2 showing up.
