WHEC has hired former R-News meteoroligist Jim Lytle

He must be a fill-in. I saw him at 5 and 6 today. They need a 4th back up weather person. Rich Cagniglia was on vacation and Josh Nichols worked all week (Filling in for Kevin Williams as well) and all last weekend, so to bring Jim Lytle in as a fill-in makes sense.
