Wheeler Ridge stations off-air

Due to a Public Safety Power shut off, the two stations using Wheeler Ridge for their transmitter site, 95.7 KKCA (Arvin) and 98.9 KHHT (Mettler) have been off air since yesterday evening.

Around 1 pm today (1/19) both stations were briefly back on the air... silent on 95.7, whereas 98.9 came on fully. By 1:15, power was lost again.
