When a semi-local FM has technical problems...

Tonight, a semi-local of mine, KXOT 91.7 Tacoma had technical problems and was on an open carrier for the hour or so I listened (7:30-8:30PM). One new log was made, and a couple relogs, one at a completely different area of the dial as I was scanning around.

NEW #171: 91.7 KSVR Mount Vernon, WA: Very weak in the null of KXOT's OC with a talk program and mentions of Skagit County, also splattering with a Calvary Chapel xlator on 91.9. 170w at 43 mi. 10 mi north of here it dominates the frequency and causes splatter, very good for that low of power!

Relogs

89.9 KQAC Portland, OR with classical music in the null of KGRG
91.5 KOPB Portland, OR via TrS/Aircraft scatter at 158 mi
