When did 98.3 The Coast Move?

Was in Wildwood today and noticed a for rent sign on the building that 98.7 The Coast was in. When did they move? They spent all that money to make the building look nostalgic and then moved. I was told they moved to Rio Grande. Any info on the station? Was it sold or just a victim on the economy?

Maschio owns or owned the building on Pacific ave in wildwood. Chances are, and this is pure speculation, Coastal was having a hard time meeting commitments so the building was put on the block. They moved the operation to the Herald newspaper building in Rio Grande. I was driving on Rt 47 and saw the station vans parked in front of the building. To get into the Coast offices, you have to go around the back of the Herald building. Just another intelligent move by Coastal; expensive property being sold in a bad real estate market and in a very bad location. Who in their right mind would put ANY business in that cesspool? Every move they make usually results in fecal in a matter of 6 months.
