When did Canadians get cable?

Canadians were one of the first countries where the majority of households got cable, way back in 1977. (For comparison, the same wasn't true of the US until 1988). My question is when did the various regions and cities of Canada get cable systems? I know from an old TV Guide article that service to Calgary started in 1971, what were some other dates?

Cable television in Canada began in 1952, either in Vancouver, BC or London, ON; however, it was between 1965 and 1975 when the industry experienced significant growth to the point where 60% of the Canadian households had access to cable.
