When did KJUL become soft AC?

A Facebook page with complaints about a station I used to listen to recommended KJUL, which can be heard online.

As far as I'm concerned, there's little difference between the station I used to like and KJUL. In Vegas there simply MUST be a station playing artists such as Sinatra!

I mainly need to know this in order to fix Wikipedia.

The current KJUL is a different station than the original KJUL which signed on in 1987 at 104.3 licensed to North Las Vegas--it's current call letters are KFRH. The current KJUL is licensed to Moapa Valley at 104.7. Morning man Scott Gentry is one of the owners.

Sinatra's been dead for 20 years. Most of the generation that represented his biggest fan base is gone, too. Yes, he has younger people who appreciate him. After all, he was the pre-eminent popular singer of his era. But it's the same as younger people who appreciate Elvis Presley or the Beatles -- they are all, basically, outliers when compared to their age-group peers as a whole. Few stations play Elvis anymore, and the number playing the Beatles shrinks every year. Why should there be a station in Las Vegas or anywhere still playing Sinatra in 2018?
