When did WHDN go off?

WHDN-LD 38 has been off the air for well over a year, maybe 2 at this point. Even the antenna is gone from the building in Boston where it was. I don't believe they ever filed to go silent when it went off.
 
WHDN filed on May 25th 2012 to go silent.
