When does "all" mean "all"?

A local station is again promoing it's upcoming special programming, touting all 70's all weekend, nothing but. I am wondering if it will be like past "all 70's" weekends I have heard on this station, with all 70's music, plus 60's and 80's music (kinda like their regular format)?

I wondered why they even bothered to run promos and call it a 70's weekend, then I realized they did it because they could charge a client to "sponsor" it.

For the record, I don't care. I am not involved, don't have a dog in the hunt, don't have a iron in the fire, don't have another cliche to drop in to make it three; but a station's credibility suffers and they show contempt for their listeners (and sponsor) when they skip due diligence and fail to deliver what they promise.

Have a nice day :) !
