That seems like such an archaic rule. I don't think Politicians should be able to dictate a damn thing on the radio. It's one of those FCC rules which doesn't make an ounce of sense to me. As for Christmas music.... a station can do whatever the hell they please. I just wish they would use some common sense and not start playing Holiday tunes 6 full weeks before the holiday even gets here!
